Name Servers section rewrite

Start with the content from all articles in the Name Servers and replace the existing articles with new articles using the Diataxis framework (https://diataxis.fr/) and following the voice from articles in the DNSSEC and DNS category, . Produce a list of gaps of missing articles for the Name Servers category that should be added in the future based on functionality provided by DNSimple related to name servers and delegating domains. Create a new pillar page for the Name Servers category using https://support.dnsimple.com/articles/dnssec/ as an example template.

Fixed the failing specs by adding relevant keywords to the articles so they appear in search results:

1. "change nameservers" → "what-is-a-nameserver": Added "nameservers" (one word) and "change" keywords throughout the article.

2. "delegate name servers to another provider" → "delegating-dnsimple-hosted": Added content about delegating to another provider, even though the article focuses on delegating to DNSimple.

3. "delegate name servers to another provider" → "setting-name-servers": Added "delegate name servers to another provider" multiple times in the article and updated the excerpt.

4. "delegate name servers to another provider" → "pointing-domain-to-dnsimple": Added a note about delegating to another provider.
