Bumped minor version due to breaking changes in schedule spec from latest GRS.jl changes in how random seeds are managed.
This is a set of quality of life changes and visualisation improvements across the board. The network visualisation is in a more mature state. The schedule editing is now live instead of a toggle. In general the app is much more responsive as we now cache reified schedules and reuse them for simulations. Some features such as the phase space, spec highlighting on hover and gene node sizing by expression are now disabled by default. Validation messages are more expressive.
This also paves the way towards "no-code" editing of networks through the cytoscape UI. The
editing-networksbranch is a further exploration. However, several changes are required from the GRS.jl side to make this editing principled. The UI does work very well so it should be achievable soon.
