Minimal Viable Product of Measurement page

This release is a temporary release and will be deleted in the future. It currently exists only to provide a place for people to download and try out the installers for the EasyImaging application and try out the MVP of the Measurement page.
The Measurement page is currently only made to work with scitiffs. A scitiff data-file is added to this release for testing purposes.
