Add documentation for the new `spec.networking.networkPolicy.enabled` CheCluster field that enables operator-managed NetworkPolicy resources on OpenShift clusters. Update the configuring-network-policies page with the operator-managed approach and policy reference tables, and update the security best practices page accordingly.
