Description of Changes

  • update base rust image to stable (1.85.1)
  • update entry point to use all CLI commands (not just serve)
  • add note for macOS users (with arm chips)

I'll wait to merge this one until we have a new release almost ready to go (since the Docker image isn't pushed until we release).
