Tests are a bit primitive (I've copied them from it 06). I assume that everything works OK when files are generated. If you would like, I can add a check to see if scalaxb.scala contains the jakarta package. However, I believe this should have been done in the previous PR: #698 -> adding jaxbPackage param should test it.

https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/scalaxb/scalaxb-maven-plugin/1.12.4/ is there.
