Overview
Bumps dev-only ESLint tooling versions in examples/agent-testbench, packages/client, and packages/react, with pnpm-lock.yaml refreshed to match.

typescript-eslint moves from ^8.59.2 to ^8.66.0 in all three packages (agent-testbench only had this one of the trio). eslint-import-resolver-typescript (4.4.4 → 4.4.5) and eslint-plugin-import-x (4.16.2 → 4.17.1) are updated in client and react only.

No runtime or published library code changes—only lint resolution and rule behavior may shift slightly after pnpm install.
