This fixes the issue where the error messages are displayed when ember-template-imports is used by an addon and the host app doesn't have the expected versions installed.

In #237 , I could not reproduce the error I was seeing in an internal repo -- so I think something stranger may be afoot.

For now, I've patched-away the whole include method, and compilation works fine
