I am a Geo-developer currently building Web/GIS tools for processing, visualizing, monitoring, communicating, and disseminating weather and climate information at the World Meteorological Organization WMO-RAF, supporting African National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) in their digital transformation process.
