refactor(uvc): Added feature to print supported formats

Description

Enabling the stream requires configure the format settings.
When camera is unknown and parameters are not present it could be hard to find out, how to configure the stream.

To print supported formats, option "Print supported formats" could be enabled via menuconfig.

Changes

• Refactored names of the menuconfig parameters & delete the comments from the code
• Added config parameter
