We should decide whether EIP pages need a clear affordance for submitting supplemental info, such as:
- a GitHub link to open an issue or PR
- a short call-out with contribution instructions
- a lightweight form
The goal is to make the contribution path obvious without adding unnecessary maintenance burden or implying that every EIP requires supplemental info.
