Complete the Hegota rank with the remaining Proposed-for-Inclusion EIPs: EIPs merged into EIP-8081 (2488, 8237, 8243, 8333), those in open EIP-8081 PRs (3298, 5920, 7609, 7686, 7923, 7932, 7971, 7973, 8030, 8058, 8219, 8355, 8358, 8360, 8368, 8372, 8374), plus proposal call/date provenance where available.
Remove EIPs proposed only via EIP-8081 PRs with no ACD call history: 3298, 7609, 8219, 8355, 8358, 8360, 8368, 8372, 8374. Fix EIP-2488 provenance (no call evidence; PFI list entry 2026-07-20). Keep unmerged EIPs with recorded call discussions (5920, 7686, 7923, 7932, 7971, 7973, 8030, 8058, 8237, 8243, 8333).
