This replaces @sqlite.org/sqlite-wasm with sqlite-wasm-cipher
It is a fork I created that downloads the wasm build from SQLite3MultipleCiphers releases instead of from sqlite.org
Ciphers can be configured using sqlite PRAGMAs, so no TS signature or API has changed:
