Hey 👋 I'm Faizan

I'm a frontend-focused engineer who thrives at the intersection of performance, DX and system design. I build fast, composable and testable components for both web and native apps — and I love going deep on the performance and memory management.

I own the main thread and use DevTools to trace bottlenecks, memory leaks and long tasks. I debug slow UIs like a systems engineer.

What I’m into lately:

  • Visual performance tooling — from Flamecharts to Span Trees thru DevTools
  • Canvas
  • Reverse engineering slow performance in real apps
  • Contibuting to OSS

You can find me fiddling with weird rendering ideas, building SDKs or reverse engineering slow pages in Chrome DevTools.
