Ruby 4.0 were release on 2025-12-25, therefore add it into test matrix.

I wrote https://github.com/voxpupuli/ruby-version to automate this. I see we missed updating the README but it also includes support for Ruby 4.0. But this doesn't have a gemspec so it won't work. You may find it interesting. |
