All source files are located in the source/ folder. Only relevant scripts are included, others were placed in archive/. They normally operate on the datasets included in dataset/
Data sets are included in dataset/ directory. Sub-directories are mainly used for different foils, may it be to measure thickness or the Rutherford Scattering.
