I've updated main cpspg code to build on OCaml 5.0.0, so those changes are no longer necessary.

Same as in dune-project, this is no longer needed.

With merging of
cpspgtodblcoming hopefully soon, it will be nice to have a bit more stability from testing in CI. I don't feel comfortable imposing nix everywhere in fram, so it's up for discussion.
