Add shortcuts to editor UI

The following shortcuts are added:

• when it is inside the save fiddle dialog, press enter should trigger save and close the dialog
• press ctrl-s, popup save fiddle dialog
• press ctrl-alt-t, move focus to template editor
• press ctrl-alt-p, move focus to param editor

Note

1. I want ctrl-s to save silently without popup save dialog, however I don't know how to get the $scope.code from outside angularJS-ui context
2. I want save action success trigger run command directly but I don't how to make it.
