Few key bits in this:

• Move all store properties to new pages in reference guide
• Move all operation options to new pages in reference guide
• Add change notes for 2.4.0 federation changes
• Add/move information to the user guide about how to run federated queries
• Remove old federated docs
• Document federated operations in reference guide
