Fix broken links, formatting issues, and improve examples in the IG

This pull request includes extensive changes to update dependencies, remove outdated resources, and localize descriptions and titles for better alignment with German standards. The most important changes involve dependency updates, resource deletions, localization improvements, and structural adjustments.

Dependency Updates:

• Updated fhirpkg.lock.json to reflect new dependency versions, including de.basisprofil.r4 (1.5.3) and de.gematik.fhir.atf (1.4.0).

Resource Deletions:

• Removed outdated MessageHeader resources, including MessageHeader-Komplex-MULTI-HealthCareService-to-Practitioner-MessageHeader.json and MessageHeader-UC1-MULTI-HealthCareService-to-Practitioner-MessageHeader.json. [1] [2]
• Deleted obsolete ServiceRequest resources, such as ServiceRequest-Komplex-MULTI-Initial-Prescription-Request-3.json, ServiceRequest-UC1-MULTI-Initial-Prescription-Request-1.json, and ServiceRequest-UC1-MULTI-Initial-Prescription-Request-2.json. [1] [2] [3]

Localization Improvements:

Structural Adjustments:

• Updated baseDefinition URLs in StructureDefinition resources to reflect new transport framework definitions, such as atf-message-bundle and atf-message-header. [1] [2]

Example Updates:
