wgpu-subscriber

Easy to use tracing subscribers tuned to usage in wgpu.

initialize_default_subscriber will set everything up in a default configuration.

Subscribers:

ChromeTracingLayer: Output to chrome tracing format
FmtLayer: Formatted output to stderr/stdout.
