• "17 commits ahead of Topaz" — exactly 17 (git rev-list --count 959cefd91..1bf8b2826) ✅

• every referenced PR number matches its actual title ✅

Renders cleanly through gnoweb's markdown engine — one H1, no raw HTML, list structure correct.

One wording question, non-blocking:

- Protocol-level test transfers enabled

misc/deployments/sapphire.gno.land/README.md:12 and gen-genesis.sh (l. 14, 715-716) both describe this as "Transfers: unrestricted — no bank lock, no unrestricted-accounts list" — identical to Topaz, whose post phrased it "Unrestricted token transfers". The current wording reads as though a feature was switched on, rather than a restriction simply being absent. Worth aligning with the Topaz post?
