it seems we can't pass an empty MsgCall or MsgSend, i see it will be failed in validation step.
Do you intend to define new noop Msg to solve this ?

• make a first step which send some dust so that the second account is known by the chain (account number)
• add a noop msg
• try to use txtar to write the test

Hey @moul — closing as part of a stale-PR housekeeping sweep; untouched since May 2024. Transaction sponsorship is now being actively explored in #5382, so that's probably the right place for this to continue. Feel free to reopen if you want to keep this demo around!
