Dynamic load of repository using `gnops` topics

We discussed with @zivkovicmilos about this, it would be amazing to have a system that pull all repositories having gnops or gnops.io in topics of their repository.

I have couple stuff i developed with AiB, and it would be better for it to have their own repositories.

I love the idea -- how would we display it in the UI?

Check API page now (here) , i just added the https://github.com/gnoverse/gno-alerters with the topics, we can have the description of the project.

Other solution would be to add a file like .github/gnops.json where will put all informations :)
