This project is developing a python library that can be used to access "NonPublic" parts of the GitHub API. These are URL endpoints that are used as part of the UI, for which there is no Public API endpoint in the GitHub REST API or GitHub GraphQL API.
Every file containing source code must include copyright and license information. This includes any JS/CSS files that you might be serving out to browsers. (This is to help well-intentioned people avoid accidental copying that doesn't comply with the license.)

Create a new virtual environment and install the required tools.
