BEGINRELEASENOTES

Introduce two larger font sizes to make the UI readable on 4K displays

Remaining issues:

items might overlap in drop-down menus with the larger font sizes
displayed items and mouse-click rectangles do not always overlap perfectly

Note: this change is intended for a new branch (e.g., biggerfonts) rather than the current master branch.
