I think that keywords in the readme can cause problems for the repository

I noticed that the README I submitted in my PR wasn’t merged, but the changes ended up in the main branch anyway. I’m trying to understand what happened so I can improve for future contributions.
I saw three conflicts in the PR—could you help me understand why those happened? I want to make sure I handle these situations correctly next time.
I really appreciate all the work you’re doing on this project and just want to learn how to contribute better.
