Setting to only set blank/empty fields when a subscriber is updated.
Setting is only visible when Update Existing Subscribers is set to Yes.

Applies to forms and to (some) integrations.

  • note that integrations that have their settings inside the third party plugin like wp-forms for example do not yet have this extra setting added there. But integrations that have their config under MC4WP > Integration > Integration name do have this new feature.

Tested:
-I've submitted a MC4WP form with the setting turned on and off with 1 empty field and one field that already has a value

  • I've tested the CF7 integration the same way
  • tested a form with a subscriber where all fields are already set, resulting in empty merge fields array, it showed the "updated" message as expected.

This closes the 2018 feature request #588
