I added a title to head and repositioned the text related to the input to come after the tag instead of before

Summary of Changes - Modified `index.html`: - Added a `<title>` to the `<head>` section for better identification of the page. - Repositioned text related to the input to come after the `<input>` tag instead of before for improved readability and user experience. - Created `browser-support.txt`

Reason for Changes - Improved Readability and Structure: - Adding a `<title>` to the `<head>` section helps in identifying the page easily in browser tabs. - Reordering the text related to the input enhances the logical flow
