Be more docker like, once done don't repeat, it's an installer script not for upgrades and speeds up a continued install from a network interruption should one occur.

ADDENDUM:

The DareDev-oriented install flag is still -F — but fyi its long-form equivalent --mfabt has since been renamed to --risky
