Enterprise Document Intelligence is a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application that enables users to ask natural language questions about PDF documents.
The application extracts text from uploaded PDFs, generates semantic embeddings using a local Hugging Face model, stores them in a FAISS vector index, retrieves relevant document chunks, and sends only the retrieved context to a large language model through the Groq API to generate responses.
- PDF document upload
- Automatic text extraction
- Local embedding generation
- FAISS vector search
- Context-aware question answering
- Interactive Streamlit interface
- Modular RAG pipeline
