Disable animation when changing between options

A user requested to disable the animation (half-way collapsing and expanding again) when a user has clicked on a supply chain tool in the option grid and then clicks on another one.

Since the expanded form and the selected option can be associated by the background and a downward pointing arrow the animation is probably not needed to visualize the change.

Also keep in mind that the UI might change in a way that this request would become obsolete
