Add perf-archive.sh to the default tools build target, remove the dependencies for kernel
The RunScripts call will extract the perf-archive from the script resource directory to
target, and configure the PATH to make sure the copied perf-archive script takes effect.
Linux perf tool trace archive as external, will put a dash to perf archive and executed perf-archive
script found in PATH.
