Open-source redesign: v1.1.0 (#11)
43 commits, each independently green under typecheck, tests and build. Ships the design refresh, the pack picker, the override layer, the Hidden shortcuts group, the packs screen, the wait-for-the-user dispatch confirmation, and the docs to match.
