Adds a footer to every options-page route (Shortcuts, Settings, New/Edit, Welcome, Packs), rendered once from
render()insrc/options/options.tsalongside the existing topbar. It links to the author's website and the project's GitHub source, styled via new.footer/.footer-innerrules insrc/options/options.cssbuilt entirely fromdesign/tokens.css.Which AGENTS.md invariant does this touch?
