Changed user-defined thresholds as follows:

Removed p-value threshold for TSNB and TVWB RFI detectors
Removed CDF threshold for binary mask
Replaced p-value threshold with zscore threshold (number of standard deviation)
Replaced CDF threshold with RFI hit count threshold to prevent spurious RFI event.
