These two patches simplify running the IWSN-Server on multiple hosts using the same folder (e.g. via NFS).
Provide a tr.iwsn script using the automatic platform detection.
The pid-file is moved to /tmp (This is should probably be done for the other servers, too).
The logfile contains the host name.
