Installation

Web Store Installation

Chrome Web Store

1. Go to the DeepStyled extension page
2. Click the Add to Chrome button
3. Confirm the installation when prompted
4. Visit the DeepStyled website to start using DeepStyled.

Firefox Add-On

1. Go to DeepStyled Firefox Add-ons page
2. Click the Add to Firefox button
3. Confirm the installation when prompted by clicking the Add
4. Visit the DeepStyled website to start using DeepStyled.

Developer Mode Installation

Chromium

1. Download the deepstyled-chrome.zip from the Releases and unzip.
2. Open Chrome, go to chrome://extensions/
3. Enable Developer mode in the top-right corner.
4. Click Load unpacked and select the deepstyled-chrome folder (or you can simply drag the zip file there)

Firefox

1. Download the deepstyled-firefox.zip from the Releases and unzip.
2. Open Firefox, go to about:debugging
3. Enable Add-on debugging in This Firefox
4. Click Load Temporary Add-on and select manifest.json from deepstyled-firefox folder.

Permissions

• Storage: DeepStyled requests permission to access browser storage to save your chosen theme name, custom accent colors, font and width properties. This ensures a consistent and personalized experience across Deepseek website.
• Deepseek Website Access: DeepStyled requires access to specific URLs to modify the visual appearance of the Deepseek website. This includes https://chat.deepseek.com/. This access is necessary for the extension to function properly and provide a customized interface.

• I'd like to remind you that even minor changes on Deepseek website can sometimes cause unexpected issues with the extension's functionality and appearance.
• Your patience are greatly appreciated. If you notice any obvious issues with the appearance or functionality of the extension, I'm likely already working on it or it has already been fixed, but the new release is not pushed yet or the Chrome Store hasn't yet reflected the changes live.
