Hi Martijn, this PR can't be merged because no ECA has been signed. You can easily do this by first making an account of Eclipse and then look for ECA.

Not sure what the policy is, but from a strictly legal POV this doesn't pass the 'threshold of originality' and as such cause no issues.
Such contributions are very important and really welcome, but from a legal pov they are so straight forward that no separate originary IP is created - and as such they can imo be merged. Only for substantial contributions there is a legal requirement for an ECA on file. But perfectly fine if @m0mus takes this to the legal council, because it's a question important for every JakartaEE spec body.
