Changes to ehcache-amqpreplication

Hi James,
Many thanks for your nice work on ehcache-amqp which is exactly what we have been looking for.
The only changes I add to your src are:

1. copying 3 event messages from your snapshot
2. added cacheGuid to AMQEventMessage so that AMQCachePeer can differentiate and skip handling those messages published by itself

Thanks a lot for re-adding those... I failed to push them out and had wiped my hard drive since then.
