support: task-specific finetuning for mtllm
This commit improves the finetuning process and configuration for the MTLLM model. It updates the `config.yaml` file to include a more comprehensive example of finetuning a SmolLM model for the Map Generation Task. Additionally, it provides instructions for installing the required dependencies, pushing the model to the Hugging Face model hub, and evaluating the model. The commit also includes updates to the `train.py` file to enhance the training process. Finally, it fixes a minor issue in the `dataset.py` file.
