Quick fix for VonMisesFisherMixture obtained by replicating locally the dependencies from the last working version of sklearn (0.22). I did not work on fixing SphericalKMeans. Therefore, the fix deprecates the option init == "spherical-k-means" for _init_unit_centers. This option will now raise a NotImplementedError.
