If you use jumper-wire from JP1-pin then you bridge it either with the left pad or the right pad depending on your setup:
1. Motherboard has PAL oscillator and Adapter has NTSC oscillator = bridge JP1-pin with XCLKEN-pad (PAD 1)
2. Motherboard has NTSC oscillator and Adapter has PAL oscillator = bridge JP1-pin with OE-pad (PAD 3)
Please note, using a jumper-wire is completely optional, You can switch ECS Agnus in Early Startup menu or with software such as Degrader and then you only control the external XLCK-crystal enable or disable via the switch on the adaptor. However it can be more convenient to have both tasks controlled from one single switch, hence connecting a jumper-wire.

Filter OFF vs. Filter ON
With the THS7374's filter activated you can clearly see that the vertical jailbars are gone (right picture).
When ordering from JLCPCB select:
Specify Layer Sequence: Yes
L1(Top layer): F_Cu.gbr
L2(Inner layer1): GND_Cu.gbr
L3(Inner layer2): VCC_Cu.gbr
L4(Bottom layer): B_Cu.gbr
Remove Order Number:
Specify a location
This will notify JLC where to put the order number, they will replace the "JLCJLCJLCJLC" silkscreen label.
