This PR provides the necessary changes to add an DSL step
deploymentLinkerand support the usage of the maven-deployment-linker plugin within pipeline jobs.Currently I have problems with the unit testing. I click tested the plugin manually and everything seems to work, but I can't figure out how to write a unit test to check the behaviour automatically. It seems, that the plugin doesn't get the full log output while the test is running. Thats why it does not record the deployments and fails.
I would appreciate any kind of support on the tests. Before merging, I would like to squash the commits to get a nicer feature commit.
