This project implements the creation of Redirect Files version of an existing project. Redirect files contains a relative link to the real files. Those links will be used to retrieve the file in a VS/SCM
Launch the program with the following arguments:
-s <path> : path to the source code root folder
-d <path> : path to the folder that will contain the redirect files
