Added Sterna Mail client with details including href, languages, and license.

Bump. This one has been open since June and still applies cleanly against master (the entry goes between Parula and Twake Mail Client). One thing has changed since I opened it: Sterna Mail is now published on F-Droid at https://f-droid.org/packages/app.sterna/. The PR links to the source repo, which matches the other client entries, but I can point it at F-Droid instead if you would rather give readers a direct install link. Ready to merge as is either way. |
