thanks a lot for this project! I had problems using
make installfor the following reasons:mmappable_vector.hwas not installed to$PREFIX/includeDESTDIRwas not supported in theinstallruleThis patch addresses these issues. I also cleaned-up some rules in the Makefile (in particular removing debug symbols except for test/debug builds, and activating optmizations for release builds).
