This pull request adds PHP integration to our existing Nginx demo project. Changes include:

Added index.php with dynamic content (time-based greeting)
Updated Nginx configuration to handle PHP files
Added CSS styling for the new PHP page
Updated README with instructions for PHP setup

This allows our project to serve dynamic content using PHP with Nginx.
