percentScaleproperty (0 - 100).margin === falseon Windows to use the margin properties ofHTMLPrintDocumentSource(the same ones this PR uses to support specifying individual margins), rather than the old method usingPrinting.PrintBordering.borderless. I couldn't observe the old method to have any effect.
