- Hide the Quadtree debug drawings
- Make the sensor range indicator circle only cover the arc of the sensing area

Might be worth adding a from_center_r() version of the function to eliminate the self.r * 2 that's in the BinaryFOVSensor code

I ran a single simulation with this and it seems to work properly. Now, if I select an agent, there's no big circle, just the portion covering the arc. Also, the FoV bounding box that Josh & Michael were using to debug the quadtrees is not shown on the selected agent. Good.
